We provide free repair services for one year from the date you receive the watch. We do not offer repair services for the other products sold on our site like table clocks and watch bands. Your warranty does not cover free repairs for the following:
1.you drop the watch and it broke.
2.you take the watch to dive, the water got into the watch and now it is not working.
3.you wore the watch while taking a hot shower, now it is damaged.
4.if the movement is damaged because you didn’t set the date within the required period, it is not covered.
5.if you opened the back and tried to adjust the movement on your own, causing watch damage, it is not covered.
For movement repairing, in most cases, the movement can be fixed, if our watch master tells us it is need to replace with a new movement, you have to pay for half price of the new movement.
After the watch is fixed, we will let you know, before shipping back, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
