You can request a refund within two weeks of the day you receive the package. The watch must be in its original condition, not used, with plastic being wrapped, with sticker and other accessories.
When you return, you need to follow our shipping instructions, otherwise the watch will be easily confiscated by the customs, we will not be responsible for it if this situation happens. If there is any tax caused during the return, we will tell you and this kind of fee will be deducted from the price of your watch when we do the refund.
After we recieve the returned watch, we will check the watch to confirm it is completely new and in its original condition, then we will do the refund. If the watch is used or broken, we will send it back to you.
We do not accept returns or refunds more than two weeks after the delivery date.
The exchange policy is the same.
We usually do not suggest you return and refund, because if it difficult for us to send money to you. Hope you can understand. If you really do not like the watch, we suggest you exchange.
